Fellowship
Volunteer teams are assembled to plan quarterly events for the purpose of gathering members of RLC for fun and fellowship. Examples of events include the Golf Tournament, Church Picnic, and Mother's Day Tea. We have several groups that focus on gender or specific age ranges.
GriefShare
GriefShare is a special weekly support group designed to offer help and encouragement after the death of a loved one. Join our study group to learn what God says about grief. Join others through the journey of healing as you lean on God and each other for strengthen and encouragement.
New Members’ Team
Several times a year, this group organizes the New Members’ Class and Luncheon with the goal of making each new member feel welcomed and engaged by helping them pair their talents and needs with our RLC ministries.
Small Groups
These are groups of 6 - 18 adults who meet on a regular basis in various nights of the week for fellowship, prayer, bible study, and service. Facilitated by a trained leadership team, small groups form an integral part of Redeemer's ministry, offering members a chance to grow in their faith, their relationships with other Christians, and their service of God.
Spiritual Care
This 2-part committee oversees, with the pastors, the spiritual needs of RLC members. One visitation team visits the sick, shut-in, and grieving. The other team follows up with inactive members.
Sunday Morning Coffee
Do you enjoy coffee and a donut during the Sunday School hour? You can make your fellow church-goers happy by signing up for a Sunday morning to help with one of these chores.
